Project Overview

UCSF Pride Hall, located at 2540 23rd Street on the southeast corner of the Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital (ZSFG) campus, is a five-story, 175,000-square-foot facility designed to support collaborative research and academic training. Of this total, approximately 140,000 square feet is dedicated to usable, assignable space.

The building functions as a central hub for interdisciplinary work, bringing together faculty, staff, and trainees in a highly integrated environment. It features a wide range of spaces to support both formal and informal collaboration, including 18 conference rooms and 19 huddle rooms, alongside advanced wet and dry laboratories and a dedicated surgical training and simulation facility.

Pride Hall accommodates more than 800 occupants, including roughly 200 physician-scientists, reinforcing its role as a high-density, innovation-focused center that bridges clinical practice, research, and education within the ZSFG campus.
