Project Overview
Originally developed for Stripe, this 421,000-square-foot campus was completed nearly two years ahead of schedule and features two interconnected towers designed around a shared central atrium.
The broader multi-phase development expands the campus into a fully integrated innovation hub with Category 6A structured cabling systems, tenant amenities, and public waterfront improvements. From a telecommunications construction standpoint, the campus supports high-density, mission-critical infrastructure including distributed MDF/IDF network rooms, extensive Category 6A structured cabling systems, high-capacity fiber optic backbone (OSF), and scalable pathways designed to accommodate evolving data, security, and smart building technologies across multiple phases.
