MDC partnered with Skyline Construction to deliver low voltage infrastructure systems like Audio Visual, Telecommunications, Cellular DAS, and Security systems for a six-story, 180,161 sq ft mixed-use office and retail building. The property is located adjacent to the Millbrae Transit Center, serving Caltrain, BART, and SamTrans.
