Project Overview
Partnering with Rosendin Electric, Swinerton Builders, and Strada Investment Group, MDC supported the delivery of a multi-year design-build project for a 16-story, 500-unit residential high-rise located in San Francisco’s SoMa District.
The development at 555 Bryant features over 500 market-rate apartments, rooftop amenities on the 16th floor, and panoramic views of the San Francisco skyline, Bay Bridge, Mission Bay, and surrounding neighborhoods. The building’s modern infrastructure supports high-density residential living within one of the city’s most dynamic districts.
