Project Overview
In partnership with BCCI Builders, we successfully delivered a comprehensive, four-floor technology infrastructure deployment for Hudson Pacific Properties at 1455 Market Street in San Francisco. This large-scale commercial project featured the installation of 3,155 CAT6 cables managed across 5 IDFs, alongside 96 wireless access points optimized through predictive RF heat maps. Our team engineered the building’s acoustic and communication environment by installing 56 sound masking speakers, an 8-microphone paging system, and 3 Assistive Listening Systems. Additionally, we provided data cabling for 103 security cameras and completed the specialized rough-in and field installation for 65 access control card reader doors, delivering a future-proof, highly secure workspace.
