Project Overview
This 230,000-square-foot, 10-story headquarters, completed in 2019, was designed to support a dynamic commercial office environment with dedicated breakout and collaboration spaces. The communications infrastructure included the installation of 2,500 Category 6 cables and 11 MDF/IDF rooms, providing reliable connectivity throughout the building.
The project also included an intrabuilding fiber optic backbone to support high-speed data distribution. Delivered in partnership with General Contractor SC Builders, the installation was completed with full BIM coordination and supported by on-site management, safety oversight, and QA/QC to ensure quality and performance across all phases of the project.
